In order to protect participants and MSRC all participants must have a copy of the Alpine Canada Participant Registration form on file with MSRC.

Please select the appropriate form based on the age of your athlete. 

Please download, print, complete, and sign the form.

You MUST bring the completed, signed form with your BEFORE your athlete can participate in any training.
